PROGRAM FACILITATOR - SkillUp
Role Overview:
The Program Facilitator will lead Aikarthya’s projects in 13+ partner schools, primarily focusing on SkillUp. The role requires conducting offline and online sessions, ensuring effective implementation of Aikarthya’s initiatives, building strong relationships with school leaders, and contributing to content development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Facilitation
Conduct offline sessions/workshops at partner schools.
Lead online workshops (once a month) for teachers and students.
Perform classroom observations and provide immediate teacher debriefs post-observation.
2. Content Development
Design and develop session content for online and offline SkillUp sessions.
Curate and create LMS content – including reading handouts, session PPTs, and other instructional materials.
Identify and recommend relevant video series to enhance learning experiences.
3. School Engagement & Coordination
Maintain strong relationships with school leaders and staff to ensure smooth program implementation.
Conduct monthly review meetings with school leadership to discuss program progress and areas for improvement.
Monitor the implementation of other Aikarthya programs and coordinate with School PoCs to facilitate their execution.
4. Monitoring & Data Management
Regularly update data record sheets online to track progress and outcomes.
Capture pictures and videos from sessions for documentation and reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in facilitation, teaching, or program implementation (preferred but not mandatory).
Fellowship experience such as Teach for India, Gandhi Fellowship, or similar programs is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with school stakeholders.
Ability to design engaging content for different learning formats.
Passion for education, equity, and social impact.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and LMS platforms.
Willingness to travel for school visits and training sessions.

Compensation:
Monthly salary of ₹35,000 (equivalent to ₹4,20,000 per annum).

Selection Process:
Shortlisting: Review applications and shortlist candidates based on their profiles.
Pre-Work Assignment: Shortlisted candidates receive a pre-work assignment with a deadline.
Initial Conversation: Candidates who perform well in the pre-work move to an initial discussion.
Final Round: Conversation with the founder, followed by final selection results.
