Position Overview:
The Program Facilitator for the Skill Up - Teacher Development Program at Aikarthya holds a critical role in advancing teacher capacity and professional growth. They are entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing teacher observation, conducting training sessions, providing mentoring support, and facilitating debriefing sessions to ensure continuous improvement in teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Teacher Observation and Development:
Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching methods, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques.
Provide constructive feedback to teachers based on observation findings, focusing on strengths and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with teachers to develop individualized professional
development plans to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Training Sessions:
Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions tailored to the needs of teachers.
Develop curriculum materials, resources, and tools to support teacher learning and skill development.
Facilitate discussions, activities, and hands-on exercises to reinforce key concepts and best practices in teaching.
Mentoring:
Offer one-on-one mentoring support to teachers, guiding them through challenges, and helping them implement effective teaching strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Position Overview:
The Program Facilitator for the Super Teacher Fellowship by Aikarthya plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of the fellowship program. They are responsible for coordinating various aspects of the program, supporting fellows, and fostering a conducive environment for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
Collaborate with the program management team to plan and execute all aspects of the Super Teacher Fellowship.
Coordinate logistics for fellowship activities, including workshops, seminars, and networking events.
Manage schedules, venues, and materials required for program activities.
Fellow Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact and support for fellows throughout the fellowship period.
Provide guidance, resources, and assistance to fellows to help them achieve their program goals.
Foster a supportive and inclusive community among fellows, facilitating peer learning and collaboration.
Workshop Facilitation:
Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions tailored to the needs of the fellows.
Develop engaging and interactive curriculum materials to enhance learning and skill development.
Ensure workshops are delivered effectively, maintaining high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction.
Mentorship and Coaching:
