Tele-caller – SkillUp Program
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid - WFH + Occasional Office days)
Compensation: Up to ₹5,000 per month
About the Role
As a Tele-caller, you will play a vital role in expanding our programs by reaching out to schools, introducing them to our initiatives, and securing partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with school leaders and effectively communicating the benefits of SkillUp. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to convert leads into active partners.
Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with school decision-makers to introduce the SkillUp program
Clearly articulate the benefits of the program and address inquiries
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Build strong relationships with potential partner schools
Work towards achieving outreach and onboarding targets
Requirements
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle objections and provide clear responses
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is a plus
