How does the Super Teacher Fellowship work?
STEP 1 - Online Application: Interested educators can apply online by filling out the application form, providing details about their teaching experience, achievements, and aspirations.
STEP 2 - Teacher Proficiency Test: Shortlisted candidates undergo proficiency tests in Maths and English to assess their subject knowledge and teaching proficiency.
STEP 3 - Assessment Day: Qualified candidates are invited to an Assessment Day, where they participate in various activities including Group Discussions, Case Studies, Sample Teaching Demonstrations, and Personal Interviews.
STEP 4 - Selection: Based on performance during the Assessment Day, 30 fellows are selected to join the Super Teacher Fellowship program.
STEP 5 - 10 Days of Training School: Selected fellows embark on a transformative journey through a rigorous 10-day Training School, where they receive intensive training, mentorship, and guidance from expert educators and facilitators. The training curriculum covers a wide range of topics including pedagogy, classroom management, innovative teaching techniques, and leadership skills.
Armed with newfound knowledge and skills, fellows enter their classrooms and communities to implement innovative teaching practices and initiatives. They become change agents, driving positive impact and inspiring fellow educators and students alike.
Throughout the fellowship period, fellows receive ongoing support and mentorship from experienced educators and mentors. They have access to resources, workshops, and networking opportunities to further develop their skills and knowledge.
